Many have good cards if they only knew how to play them. A mathematician by training and a real estate expert by profession, Dapo has been blessed with many opportunities to put his most valuable asset to use – his wits.
With a master’s degree in Statistics and Operations Research and having worked in Oil & Gas for over 8 years, he knows how to crystalize real-time market data into actionable information to help clients make the right decisions.
Your biggest investment in life will most likely be real estate purchase. Making the right choice of property and knowing the right places to buy will make or mar the outcome of your investments. From many years of real estate investing, Dapo understands what it is to be a buyer, seller or landlord. He brings fresh perspective to the table with a clear understanding of what first time home buyers and sellers, international buyers and sellers and investors are looking for and how to help them accomplish this.
When he’s not out meeting people or working on new ways to meet his clients’ needs, Dapo is spending quality time with his lovely wife and their 3 energetic boys. He loves to give back to the community which has given him so much by volunteering to serve the needs of the less privileged. Organizations he has worked with include Habitat for Humanity, Houston Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, BARC Animal Shelter and Adoptions amongst others.
Stacy Hedrick

Stacy Hedrick is a professional Realtor. She grew up on the west side of Houston in the neighboring city of Katy, where she was introduced into a life of business as the owner and operator of a commercial cleaning service for more than ten years. She then moved to the nearby community of Cypress, where she and her family of four have now resided for the past twenty years.
Stacy has been a licensed realtor for more than a decade, and has been dealing with real estate in the residential sector, with a primary focus on the city of Cypress and its highly developed environment. As a lifelong resident of the immediate area, Stacy has gained a deep knowledge of Houston and clearly knows the territory and its market, as well as that of other neighboring communities. Moreover, she’s an absolute expert at introducing customers to the beauty and to the potential of Cypress real estate.
Married, and the mother of two teenage boys, Stacy is very determined personally. She has a solid business sense about her, and an even stronger addiction to professionalism.
